Despite recent significant global turmoil, uncertain economies and the most challenging threat landscape to date, cybersecurity workers are content with their roles. 70% reported being somewhat or very satisfied with their jobs today. In addition, roughly 80% say they work well with both security team members and non-cybersecurity teams at their organization. It also provides good financial compensation, career growth and learning opportunities, skill building, creativity, and a sense of duty.
